He reveals why he had to design his own software system to manage all the moving parts of his buisness. That investment cost nearly $500 thousand. Eventually his company outgrew that system. I had to learn this one the hard way. Working with your partner can be extremely difficult. To put it bluntly, it’s hard to be intimate with someone you’ve been arguing with all day.
